This group carrying cases make the products of the following structures:

- made of a composite of carbon fiber and resin,

The most visible advantage of those cases is their elegant look.
Violin cases made of fiberglass are relatively light and ensure
good instrument protection from mechanical damage, though their
shiny exterior cover can be susceptible to scratches and other similar damages.
Cases of carbon fiber are uncommonly light having proper durability and rigidity.
Unfortunately those excelent features have an influence on their price.
A compromise solution in which the weight of the case, durability and price
are within reasonable limits, is ABS plastic structure.
Some cases can also be made of polycarbonate and ABS composite.
